Default shrink o6

Is the shrink o6 the same as going through the app manager or the shrink really going above and beyond?

I did all the steps as told and my OS should be about 88mb but when installed it's 132mb and that's only the BB 6.0.0 system software, with chosen apps it's 151mb... and i don't even have that many... BUT 6.0.0.600, so far, is more stable.

i am trying to use this to shrink the OS for my 9780....i have followed all the steps....i have download it and i have copied the EXE file into the OS software in the proper spot....

where im getting stuck is....

it says right click on the EXE file and run as administrator....when i right click on the file the menu pops up and i only get a choice of "run as"....when i click on this i get another pop up that gives me two options....neither of them say "run as administrator".....i have tried both and they both just come back as errors....

any advice?
