I cannot find an older version of OS-I had 4.3. I installed DM 4.3, but it doesn't ever give me an option to downgrade since I don't have an different version of the OS on my computer.

You can just run DM to get 75 back.

Have you tried the loader.exe file? The direct path is posted in the OP.

Yes you can. Have you tried turning off windows alerts & setting your user account as an admin account? You can also right click and choose 'run as administrator" when uninstalling.

Just used this to go from .114 back to .109 and it worked like a charm. Thank you very much!

Nice. I upgraded to the latest OS and then found the keyboard bug. This really helped.

i do have one question about this procedure. All previous beta os's are still listed under programs to delete on my laptop. Can i just delete .114 or do i have to delete all of them.. If I do not have to delete all of them can't i just reload it without downloading it again? Thanks.

I would recommend deleting all the OSes save the one you want to load on your storm.

Good luck and let us know how to works out!

Try going to c> program files> common files> research in motion > app loader : loader.exe file to install the OS onto your storm.

BTW, can you please remove the OP quote from your post? Takes up A LOT of unnecessary space and makes reading the thread a bit hard. Thanks much and let us know how you fare!
