Have been having this problem of clear cache on my BB phone because is a touch screen phone and how can i update to the current OS?

When you say cache, do you mean your browser cache or App World....or....?

We have a few guides on the website on how to update the OS http://crackberry.com/blackberry-101...ting-system-os. Though if you haven't updated before, there may be an update available to you using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
