Help me please with camera

I keep getting this error code

error starting net_rim_bb_camera:
symbol "BasicPlayerImpl.cleanup"
not found

I have done 2 wipes and now I am trying to do the 103/106 hybrid install.

i dont know what I could have done here, had same phone since day one and done all installs.

help please

The same thing happened to me about a week and a half ago. Every time I went to use the camera it would freeze. I tried pulling my battery and it worked fine for about a day, but it would eventually mess up again. I took my phone back to verizon yesterday and the restored my phone back to the factory settings. Its working fine now.
