HELP! has anybody got blackberry Bold 9500?

Firstly hello, I am new to this forum.

I have a password setup on my phone and set it up with the numerical keyboard which then maps onto letters using suretype. It is the number I remember, and the suretype selects the same characters each time.

I have done something so only the QWERTY keyboard comes up and can not unlock my phone!

Has anybody got this phone that can tell me what is the first character on the numbers
