Having Problems Getting New OS

I have lately been trying to update the OS on my Storm but it is unlocked and is currently on AT&T so I can't easily update it. I was wondering if anyone could show me a little guide on how to update it. I am currently on version 4.7.0.148. Any help would be appreciated!

P.S. Sorry for the "nooby" question, but I really want to get the OS updated and I can't figure out how to do it. I don't even know what the latest OS available for the Storm is lol.

How do I install the new OS? Do I need to do anything different because I am unlocked and currently on AT&T? Also, is that the latest OS available for the Blackberry storm 9530?
