Downgrading issues

Im tired of my unlocked Storm not working correctly with edge/EDGE issues so i want to downgrade to where it was all good and nice ...where pandora google maps and the internet worked..i decided to go back to 4.7.0.75 using the downgrade manuals on the boards

i went ahead downloaded it and then when i started the downgrading process i had an error from the app loader...im like WTF!!!! so i need some help please. Im on the vzn latest original 148 .I saw some post that say if u dont put atp settings or stuff EDGE works..but i dont want to sacrifice MMS , pandora or any TCP software due my traveling all the time

please guys any help will be appreciated!!

I would go with .109 That has been the best reported OS to work with GSM Storms.
