Default DM location for temporary backed up data during update?

Does anyone know where DM stores the backup data when doing an update? I was a complete bonehead and failed to do my own backup before updating. Upon completion, it gave me an error about being unable to restore my calendar entries. I'd like to try and load them myself, but I closed the error dialog before I took note of the path it gave me.

I've tried doing searches on my machine and google, but figuring out the right search terms has proven difficult.

Usually under my documents. It should say Back up (2009-4-22). Just restore with DM.
