Default Currently on .132, but DM is saying update is available

Not sure what I am getting, but when I connected to DM today I was told that there was an update available. Usually in the past, if I clicked to update, I would be told that the OS I have is newer, and the process would stop, but today it is going through the update. Anyone know why this would happen. After clicking to continue, I am beginning to rethink my action, just hoping that I didn't screw something up.

I am not trying to start a rumor, just haven't had this happen where it would actually go through the process in the past. And again, I am just hoping that I didn't screw something up in the process.

I was being optomistic, and was expecting it to tell me that the OS that I was on was newer, but it had started the process, and I didn't want to cancel at that point with the risk of really screwing something up. It appears that it didn't do anything, as the phone is still on .132, just not sure why it went through with the update.

    Thanks for your help.

That happened to me when i was on 114/5.0
after I looked into the "upgrade" it actually said downgrade on the 4.7 core software, but I think one app like AIM or something had an upgrade... the 4.7 was .75...

I got that too. When it finished, core components all still say .132.

The Storm did reboot faster, though. lol
