Default Can't update my storm?

I hope this is the right place to put this. Sorry if it's not! Anyways, i got the Storm about a week ago and I am trying to update it but it says that I don't have enough memory. I've deleted everything possible and it still will not work. Am I doing something wrong? Can I update it to my 2 gig card? It is running extremely slow about half the time i use it. Any help would deff be appreciated! Thanks

Any help at all? I pretty much deleted everything I can on it and it still says I can't do it. Should I just format my phone memory?

The SD card has nothing to do with application memory. Are you upgrading OTA or through the desktop?

Pull the battery out for about 30 seconds and then reinsert the battery. When the phone reboots the memory should be restored. Then try the update.

If you have no luck with a battery pull, you may need to hook it up to your computer and check for updates with the desktop manager. That shouldn't use any extra memory but simply replace the os on the device with an updated more current os.

You could try doing a backup in Desktop Manager and then wiping the OS off and installing the newer OS version.
