CAnt seem to upgrade to 5.0 flashbb storm

hi soi have a flash bb storm on metro pcs its good only problem i cant seem to upgrade the os to5.0 wen i try it does not give me the option to hit next but if i try downgrade it then lets me hit the next button any ideas ..


please dont reply with i dont know or i have the same problem i need a solution not more question Thanks

Is the OS you want installed on the computer?

I believe installing new software on your device will delete the flashing you had done. So you will need to have it flashed again.

yeah the os in on the computer and im not to worrie about that i can reinstall everything agan... yeah but like i said one i hit the checkmark for the 5.0 it wont give me the next button
