Can't make any phone call.

I searched on google with my issue, and have found no answers. So i need help.
Until yesterday, I was able to make phone calls with no error issues.
But today, I found out I couldn't make phone calls at all. So i just rebooted my phone, but that didn't fix as well. During the search for my answer, I read about the memory issue and how it can affect the calling features. So i deleted app so that i can increase the device memory. It was from 10mb to 14mb (now). I rebooted many times after that to see if it was working.
I even try to call *228 to re-active the phone, but no luck. the call doesn't go through at all. So help.

Problem: "Call failed try again"
Device: Storm 9530
Memory: 14mb

P/S: the browser and gps works fine.

When you say you did a reboot, did you do a good two minute battery pull ?

What OS version are you currently running on the device ?

14mb free app memory is VERY low, on my 9530 anything under 10mb would cause me problems. You should delete off some more things.

Maybe a theme is causing your problem, I had to stop running themes on my 9530 because most of them caused a memory leak or function issues

haha thx, but it seems like my phone is working fine now. it freak me out.
solution, just went outside to make a call, it worked fine.

but as you were mention the os version, im running .328 and cant seem to upgrade it. is there a different way to upgrade a os with window 7 with newer dm? sorry for offtopic

Definitely upgrade from 328, there is LOTS of better versions now. Dig around in the 9530 forums and try one out. Here is the apploader method for installing an OS, it works fine on Windows 7 too -->

Though the phone model and OS are different, the steps are still the same. There are some pics for guidance too.

I really liked 5.0.0.797 for my 9530! There was a few more leaked versions too I never got to try, but pretty much anything above .328 was great.
