Default In call speaker problem and .90

I have a weird speaker problem... I did a search and I cant seem to find it...

Sorry if ts been answered already....

When i am on a call... especially for a long period of time... the person on the other end says I sound far away or I am on speaker. My engineering friend suggested its the click screen moving the speaker and when I shake the phone.... yes physically shake the s*** out of it... while in a call they say I sound crystal clear. I was ok with shaking it every once in a while but now its becoming more frequent and I wanna take it to Verizon to get fixed...

    Now my questions...

I had this problem before installing .90 so I doubt its a OS issue and the shaking makes me KNOW its a hardware issue... does anyone have this issue as well?

Secondly, will Verizon repair it with the leaked OS in it....?

Sorry for the long post.... and Thanks in Advance

This is an issue with noice cancellation, and has been addressed in many prior threads. I cannot yet post links, so you will have to search.

Search "voice muffled" or "noise cancellation" and you'll find multiple threads.

I do not think its noise cancellation.... because as I stated before when I shake the phone it helps... could it be noise cancellation if that helps the problem?

Will VZW give me a replacement phone while running .90 or should I downgrade then re-upgrade when I get the new phone... ( if i get one)

You need to downgrade. Why would you even need to ask this? They only support official OSs and if you run into a goodie goodie rep, they'll even void your warranty for kicks.

I ask this because I didnt know... (if that wasnt obvious). But thanks for the answer... But my warranty is up but Verizon is known for giving new phones regardless if there is an unfixable problem if you bring it to the store...
