If they r like me, with it being my first upgrade aftwr reading everything it seems easier to upgrade to an official release even though not a vzw one seemed easier than installing a beta. I actuallt can't wait for another cuz I love .122. Compared to .75. I have told all of my friends with storms about it as well as shown them and they were so impressed. They did the bell update.

This is my first Blackberry and I've had my Storm for only a week. I just updated to .122 today and what a difference from .75. Much faster. The tutorials are easy to follow here. I think I'm a Blackberry (ab)user for life.

Personally I think .122 is the most solid build so far. I am still on .141 because I am too lazy to downgrade and I'm sure something new will be out soon.

After running .122, I'm going to now upgrade to Lyricidal's .141/5.0 Hybrid OS and give it a try.

Strange new issues with 4.7.0.122. I am wondering if others are seeing the same things. I have been running it since the day it was release with no issues until yesterday. I have no changed anything on the phone including apps, settings or etc. since this install.

The main issue is that it does not alert on msgs. If I then pull the batter or reboot the phone it will work again for a little while. Very strange since alerting has been fine up until now.

The other thing I noticed which may not be new is MP3s sound like crap. Volume is not consistent. I need to test some more as I do do play them often from my phone.

Are others experiencing these issues? Any known fixes?

I also have the exact same problem. I'll probably revert back to the old OS since I can't find a way to fix this. What about trying another OS? Would it work???
