I've never done an upgrade and am using .76 with Verizon. Is this worth doing or should I just wait for Verizon since I've waited this long. My phone runs great right now (I guess I was one of the lucky ones)...but if I do this am I going to be like "Wow...I should have done this months ago."?

Go for it. .122 is much much better than what you're running now.

I think hammered is an understatement. These servers are getting annihilated.

You can go straight to .122 just make sure to delete the vendor.xml file. The instructions are in the first post

Just keep trying. Obviously there are tons of people trying to download which is why there's problems. This is why it was not put up the day it was released. Bell didn't want their customers not to be able to get it because the servers were/are getting hammered. keep trying and it will work.
