I appreciate it, honestly. Nor am I saying that you could have messed with the files unless its signed by RIM (so nobody doubts my sincerity)

But I've always felt that a lot of people on here have been screwing up themselves when loading an OS. Civic has been working to prove it (or that she's House's kinder half-sister). And I believe her based on my own observations when loading an OS on my phone.

The installer is supposed to be an ***** proof method of updating our phones. And it's not always doing it properly. I think some of us are overestimating our proficiency with the process. And I'm just taking the safe route for myself

Downloaded, it is a .rar file??? Sorry to sound like an a$$ but how do you extract it? For example, how can I copy and paste over the .113 files?
Thanks!

I like how ppl post "DL now" or "Will report back soon". How about who cares? Its better to get RESULTS instead of hearing about your attempting?

you can install it like you do the hybrids and overwrite the files in existing folders and run apploader.
worked fine for me

don't need to.
when running apploader if you hit details it tells you which ones.
everything in there is an upgrade.
except for alx files and such

The new files are an upgrade of course, but there may be files that are not being replaced.
