Attempt to fix nuked Storm
I bought a storm off of ebay with intentions to fix it since the description said it just wouldnt boot up. The first day I got it I plugged it in and had it charge an hour or so and after that I could get it to boot completely up. I thought I was home free. After it booted all of the buttons worked but the touch screen did not recognize any touches to the screen.
So I plugged it into my computer (mac) and went to uninstall some of the apps. This is where the problem starts, after it restarted I have not been able to get it to boot up again.
Realizing that RIM pays little attentin to mac users, I went to my Windows 7 x64 bootcamp and tried again on the desktop manager to update and wipe the device. It would go all the way through and get to the restart phase and the phone would get stuck in the red light reboot loop. Then tried the Apploader with the same results. Then downloaded BBSAK and I got it to recognize it once and had it wipe it (I think) and since then I haven't been able to get it to connect again.
Now it's doing something else, I can get DM to recognize it and I tell it to update the OS but it gets to "Uploading RAM image" and "Connecting to device (ARM)" and it freezes. The blackberry's red led light flashed red with a pattern of 1 long, 4 quick short. And its stuck from there.
Any help greatly appreciated I am stuck.
