AppLoader.exe....
I was using apploader.exe on my laptop to update my OS because it was just easier for me to do it that way. I accidently deleted it when cleaning off my desktop, and dont remember where I downloaded it from. Can anyone link me. I have DM but it wont recognize any of the new OS's on my computer.

If you deleted it from your desktop it should still be on the pc HD. you just removed the shortcut
Try
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

I still have it in my DM. I was usuing a seperate apploader though. I didnt have to run DM to get to it. I have no clue how I did it :/

You don't need run DM to launch app loader.....
Just copy the program from there to your desktop.....

Apploader I believe is stored in program files/common fiiles/research in motion/?
