[9530 Build 5.0.0.230] Application Compatibility List
*NOTE* If you are having issues with your app and it is listed in Green or Blue below, then make sure Allow permissions are set for it then battery pull your phone BEFORE running the app. If the problem still occurs, please post what the problem is so we can arrive at a consensus on the application's compatibility.
This list will be updated as often as possible.
Please use the following legend:
Green = 100% of the app's features work without needing to do anything except apply permissions and battery pull before using the app. OTA downloads from the developer do not fail or provide an incompatible version of the app.
Blue = at least one of the following is true:
A) Certain features fail or are quirky (i.e. WeatherBug home screen icon doesn't update)
B) You need to go out of your way to get the app to function (i.e. you need a backup alx/cod or jad of Google Maps, you cannot download Storm version of the OTA from Google.com )
Red = apps that fail to function, period
Unneeded (do not buy/download - functionality already exists with OS)

- BerryBuzz 2.1.31 or higher (no sound reminders, http://m.bellshare.com/downloads/bet.../berrybuzz.jad )
- Media Player (muted play after a song change unless you Pause then Play again; may occur only after four to six song changes instead of after every song change)
- PatternLock (sometimes freezes phone when connecting to charger or when using holster)
- Quick Launch (try setting Allow permissions to Email Setup, somehow this makes Device Reset work for some people)
- QuickPull Pro ( may or may not work for you, see: http://forums.crackberry.com/f132/qu...s-230-a-318519 )
- StormLevel Pro (only works in Portrait mode)
- TeleNav (PIN input fails during registration, which is a security risk; if already registered it may be fine)

I know Pandora did in 191, but does Slacker pause <30 seconds before the end of every song in 230?

After 3 Battery Pulls, Simple Weather is updating the main screen!
SIMPLEWEATHER- Icon on home screen does not update, but clicking the icon has the right data... Further clicking into it, goes to weather.com as designed.Last edited by CrackBurglar; 09-17-2009 at 05:47 PM.

No updates to the OP for a few. Can't edit it worth a damn with the BB browser on my Storm. Jumping keyboard and inability to pan around the text field is too frustrating.
