Default 9500 os 5.0.0.608

Can anyone tell me why my OS on my Storm 9500 is 5.0.0.608. I was looking for the latest update which is 5.0.0.425??

Take a look in Options > Applications, then press the BB menu button and select modules. This will allow you to see all the versions of files installed on your phone. You can then see if you have the .692 files showing there. If not, then you likely didn't load the correct hybrid. If it does show .692 files in there, then everything is correct (note, the version listed in Options > About doesn't always match the highest hybrid files included).

Hybrids can do this, this one for example will show 608

9530/9500 - .705 Hybrid v2 (419/484-Based) Findings and Fixes

Very misleading title as well on this thread....

If it does come, I would expect at the end of the year (November/December). Basically, one year after the release of Storm 2.
