It's been leaked already. Should be fully out soon.

I sure hope they don't release this beta version with this omission! I've never seen an update that actually removes crucial functionality. That's why I'm still on the "official" .75. I'm streaming videos via A2DP @ 192 kbps on the audio side. I can't go from hi-fi to no-fi. Totally unacceptable if this bug makes the final cut.

I'm with you on that, I use my camera at work everyday.
Did they tweak it any fellas. I can deal with the lag for now; I just need it not to crash and reboot at the absolute worse time.

Do you mean the "media card inserted/not inserted" screen with the Verizon logo? Is this issue still there?

I appreciate those that are running .85 already for sharing the info on its performence, but honestly, had they kept it to themselves until maybe a few HOURS before the thing gets "leaked", we wouldn't have a bunch of members glued to this thread and the other that was closed, hoping to get a copy of it to update their phones.

Just a small observation that's all... This creates unnecessary traffic to the site and people get more and more frustrated as time went on... Sometimes it's better NOT knowing about something than knowing that it's available but CAN'T have it.

Don thanks for the tip I will go ahead and change it and hope that it takes care of my error with the pop up menus appearing.
The question I have is, on .85 are you able to place a call from an SMS message that you receive (or email or mms)? I do not recall if I could do this in .65 or .75 but I know on .83 I am not able to and saw a search that people thought it was a bug or error.
Since I received an SMS from a friend and just wanted to call him back but could not. Is this true or is this not a function on the Storms OS (Curve I thought I could do it).
Also on the media player are you able to flick to the next song like on an iPod or do you have to use the buttons on the screen or the volume rocker?

Thanks again Happy Holidays

why cant Don or CX or Horizon give it to someone they trust that has no promises about releasing it to anyone... let them release it and no one will know who it was originally released from...?
