That is the correct file extension. Not false about that.

Anyone can post a file name, big deal, wake me up when someone actually posts the file, this is all hot air and no substance. Does this make you guys feel special being able to flop file names about? Actually I have no idea why the first person even bothered if they had no intention of doing anything beyond that. h.o hum...

Well unless that's how you get your jollies...

In my personal experience there is absolutely no improvement over .78. The only note worth difference is that the after you take a photo, the screen doesnt turn white for a second before showing the photo. Speed is the same. Browsing is the same.

Probably be better to wait for an official release from RIM.

You're right anyone can post a file name, but is it legit? Yes everyone knows the Platform number of this build now, but only someone with the actual file would and could know the correct release number. Don't get rude with me, someone called him a liar. I simply stated it was the correct name. So relax a little.
When it finally leaks for you guys you will love it. It works much better on the 9500 than the 9530.

I wouldnt be surprised if bb397 decides not to leak after the behaviour of some of the members. I think people often tend to forget that people are putting their jobs in great risk when leaking the new OS. Im sure there there would be very harsh legal ramifications if someone were found out to be doing it.

There needs to be some perspective put in this whole situation - its just a firmware upgrade for a phone. Its not really that life changing that people are constantly bickering about when, if and how it will be released. Just be appreciative of the fact that people do leak these new os' to everyone else' benefit but their own.

It comes when it comes. No amount of posting, complaining and arguing will change that.

If it was going to leak it would have already instead of playing games, as I said, the proof in the proverbial pudding is in the eating.

That wasn't what I took issue with, someone seemed to be big noting themselves for who knows what reasons without any substance behind it.
