hey i have to send my storm back due to dust -
how do i put back my .75 os?

Well, I'm curios...why do you want to put an outdated OS on your device? The latest OS is .148. Which OS do you currently have installed?

i still am having a hard time trying to do this- itsays its simple but im a little lost.
i went to the sticky and to the upgrade/downgrade link.
it says go to the bb site and that links me to verizon and it doesnt say anywhere on that site to download software/

anyone know where im messing up?
i just want to dump and install the og os

it does not matter what os it has on it cause they do a hard wipe on them anyways i have sent back 7 with hybrids and unofficial releaces

well i heard they "could charge you the $500 for the phone if it had illegal stuff on it and its an employee account so i really dont want to mess around.

this is giving alot more trouble than i thought.

sorry i can t see the name but i DL the link above and followed directions and it didnt install .75 back onto my phone

can some please show me a simple way to DL this .75 back on??

Dude, .148 is an official update. What are you running now? If you are running .148 you're ok, don't worry about it.

Its not that hard. Just follow the steps. You could just open Desktop Manager and click on update software and from there it will give you a choice of .65, .75, or .148 so just chose one of those and the rest is simple just make sure you uncheck the backup and restore part obviously since you are sending the phone back.
