| | .191 and Charging
Ok -- So I updated to .151 and now I am having issues charging from a USB.
I can charge from a DC outlet fine, but when I try using a USB either a) It doesnt charge, no error comes up or B) It says something like "This USB is not powerful enough to charge the phone, please use a different port, blah blah"
The thing is, I know its good enough becuase with .151 i never had a problem -- anyone else experiencing this?

Im taking it you meant to say you updated to .191 and not .151.
Im running windows 7 and i experience no problems at with charging from a usb, but have noticed with this build that there is no lightning charge when it is plugged in charging, but it is charging the battery.
I get no windows popups saying there is not enough power, maybe your power supply in your computer isnt strong enough or is going bad?

My power supply better well be big enough (custom computer) 800 watt.
Never had a problem before, weird I do get a charging icon with the DC, never with a USB though, and I do not think it actually is charging because..well.. its not going up! |

Yea, plenty of power there i agree. Maybe you can try charging something else with same cord?
Its just really odd that it would charge fine with wall charger but not the usb cord.

I've had that problem before with .140. Try restarting your computer and a battery pull.

Same issue here. Plus it will not charge from the wall charger unless I turn it off.

Basically when your phone is on, it either just stays consistent or decreases, and never gains any battery life? Because I intentionally bought I Charge Cool to see what's going on and then I ran into this. I just turned the phone off now, and will let it sit for 30 minutes. When I turned it off, I Charge Cool said it was at 42%, wish me luck.

yeah, I've had the same issues with .140 and now .191 saying the usb charging is insufficient whether or not I have it going through usb or plugged into the wall and with or without the cradle. Usually I can just pull it out of the cradle and put it back in and it'll charge fine.

"Meters" reads the voltage as well as the level and also other signals such as slow-charge. This will show if the slow-charge signal is intermittent or constant, and if the OS is just messing up the reporting it would show if the voltage is actually going up while just the level reporting is off. Using coupon code METER50191CHG, four of you can download this app free. I'm not spamming you, maybe this will help, no one's mentioned measuring the voltage yet. I also need to know if there's an issue with 5.0's battery reporting, for my apps.

I don't want to seem like a troll. I left my phone at 32% last night, now im in class and the phone is dead after being hooked up to my charger for 10 hours. I guess i should head back to lyrics .151 hybrid? I really don't want to, but my phone isn't charging. Any possible work arounds?

The problem started with 151 and now persists in 191. Turn the phone off and it will charge fine.

My phone will not display the lightening bar however will charge. Leave the phone plugged in (to computer or wall) and leave it for an hour. The bar will move! Or, at least it does on mine...

my phone had died again, after i let it charge while it was off. The led light even blinked to let me know that it was charging, but for 2 hours there was no noticeable changes until i turned it down and it was still at 27% and then dropped to 25% from being turned on. Should I downgrade back to .151 and then install .191 over again?
