Default .164 or .167 for 9530 Users?

Any chance we might be getting a .164 or .167 OS version for 9530 owners. Seems odd that the 9500 community have received these, which fix known problems with streaming media, but there's still no word on a version for 9530.

Does this mean that there's something intrinsic about Verizon such that the radios cannot be tweaked to fix these problems?

Ugh....you know, I used to ignore Slacker and Pandora, but with all the junk on commercial radio nowadays, I'm starting to really miss these programs.

Tried to swap out radios using the hybrid OS's and that just led to disaster. Not wasting hours of my time doing that again.

Still waiting.........

Lol it is a hybrid by ooakdpc. It is built using .151 as a base and combining .167 files as well as 5.0. A really great build I must say.

I doubt we will see any more 4.7 leaks for the 9530 now that verizon released .148 which most people seem to like. We have a better chance getting more 5.0 leaks at this point.

well from my understanding VZW should be sending a 5.0 build to friendly user testing any time now, and a storm 2 as well!!!

I'm so done with 4.7. If its not a 5.0 leak I'm not going bother. 4.7 just feels like a dinosaur.

OOAKs new hybrid is amazing (still uses .151 radio, so no dice on the streaming issue tho...but you CAN use other radios)

good news is that I have been using flycast without any issues
