Installed OS .151 on my 9500 and the touch screen wont work.

When I touch the screen a box pops up with an exclamation mark in it, and it says ok at the bottom of the box.

Any ideas how to sort this out?

Are you using the default zen theme are a custom one?
If custom make sure you change to the default theme .151 does not play nice with some 3rd party themes.

If that is not it then suggest you try again something went wrong in your install.

Ah, it's a custom theme.

How can I change the theme without using the touch screen?

Pull the battery, put back the battery and hold down the escape key while the Storm is starting. The process will take you in safe mode. Change to the default theme and then restart the Storm.

How do you downgrade a firmware? Do you just reinstall the old version on your pc and then connect with desktop manager?

Uninstall the .151 and install the version that you want. Disconnect your PC from the internet and open the app loader and do the downgrade. There is a link to the tutorial in my signature.
