Default .148 Download on BB Desktop Manager
Connected my phone to computer and desktop manager updated my phone to .148 took about 30 minutes.... Question... Is it normal that all contact info get wiped off phone... it backed it up on computer I think.. Any thoughts on this anyone...

BB desktop manager automatically backs up all your data before updating your device. If it did not automatically restore your data after the update, you can still restore it yourself.

EDIT: Yes, it is normal for all your data to get wiped when updating the OS.
