I have been trying to use the dataviz apps that come preloaded to just view important reference docs while I am out of the office. But so far word to go has been unable to do the work. One doc is a 5 page word doc with tables (i know it should be a spreadsheet but i work with what the department decides) and the document opens but scrolling through it is impossible. eventually the app just stops responding and I have to exit out. I have read through the dataviz docs, these forums and googled for a solution. Is there something I am missing? Is this normal for this app. This is my first BB, and if it helps I did try and upgrade to the premium with no effect.

Not sure if this will help, but there is an update for the dataviz apps, open docs to go and hit the .BB key to check for updates. Maybe something in the update will fix your issue. I couldn't open Office 2007 documents properly until I installed the update. The latest version should be 1.0006
