Default Verizon pushed youtube?

What is it just a link? I open it makes me agree then just launches site no app or anything?

Default That's the way . . .

VZW works like that. They force a link onto the device and give you the option to install. Somewhere on that browser page you'll find an install button.

I have half a dozen of these hidden (because they don't go away!).

I have a bunch hidden too but this one has nothing to install it makes me agree then goes to youtube site no app its wierd

Yep, that's them. Some kind of deal they have with Google to do that. Some interaction between their V Cast and YouTube.

And there's no way of deleting it is there? I've tried everything I know on my Storm.

Did you install it and then delete it? I'm pretty sure thats how I got my Bing to go away.

Takes you to some agreement page saying that you're being directed to a 3rd party site which then takes you to the YouTube mobile site. At least that's what it did for me.
