VCast Song ID for Storm - Need Help

I just installed Song ID and it won't identify any songs. I have been trying it out directly from my playlist on my PC and the app listens, analyzes DNA and then says try again. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

Turn the music volume up and don't stand too close to the speakers so that the sound could become distorted by the device. These are usually the two things that cause a problem with the app not recognizing the song.

its also very possible that your song just isn't identifiable. but try what the poster above said.

Check the permissions. They were not set properly when i downloaded.

That's what fixed mine change custom to allow
