Not best person 2 answer but:
Use Desktop Mgr Backup or Device Switch Wizard if u still have 1st phone.
Otherwise go 2 TalkLock site support 2 see if they offer activation codes for this purpose. I did w/Bplay. Need 2 access via computer tho. Easy enough.
BTW .148 doesn't require lock for calls b/c screen is unresponsive 2 global input, e.g., facial contact.
