Strange Thing Happened

When I woke up this morning my phone was performing a reset. I let it do it's thing then I checked my apps and had a new listing for an app called "Reset" has anyone else ever had this happen or know what it is? I am very curious about this.

I haven't had it pop up in my stuff but it is a soft reset so you get the memory back but it is not the same as pulling the battery.

So basically memory was to low and the OS creates an app called reset to take care of the issue?
