So, essentially if I want Rhapsody to work withmy Sansa Rhapsody MP3 player, I pay for the Rhapsody To Go account $15 +/- per account, then $15.00 +/- for the Vcast to get it on our phones? REALLY?
Isn't there a way around this? We just want the same Rhapsody to Go songs to synch with the Storm... | Go to Options>Memory and set "Mass Storage Mode Support" to Off. Then connect your device to your computer, open Rhapsody, and right-click on the device in the left-hand column inside of Rhapsody. Once you right click, you should see an option to authorize the device. Once you do that (assuming you have already signed up for Rhapsody-On-The-Go), you should be able to move songs on and off your Storm. It definitely works with the Storm.
If you still are having trouble, call Rhapsody, not Verizon.
