Shazam for Blackberry announcement this weekend.

I e-mailed Shazam yesterday saying i was a Storm user and asked what the delay was and this is their response. WOOHOO.

finally.. one thing verizon did BEFORE the iphone and ATT was the song ID which they marketed crazy but for some reason forgot to involve it with the REST of their product line except for the cheap-o flip phones.

O wow, the one thing i really missed form my Windows phone. I used to have this (but the cracked version) for my previous phone, windows, and i didn't realize how often i used it till now. When i'm driving and hear a song, my hand just automatically grabs my phone, then i realize that I have the storm now..lol..

It is really cool. We have it on the iPhone and you can just fire it up in a restaurant or wherever, aim the mic towards the music source, and let it do it's thing.

I dropped my iPhone in the toilet by accident and picked up a Storm last week. Very much looking forward to this, I hope more app vendors end up releasing BB apps too.
