Service Book

I have got a new verzion wirless phone but is using a t-mobile sims card for their service, it says i need a service book and i have no clue how to get one im searchd and cant find it or download it..i cant recieve multi media messages or bluetooth and brower doesnt work,it says check ur service list so anyone can help me get a service list.!!
