RDM+ Issue

Rdm was working just fine. All of a sudden my storm reset itself and hasn't been able to connect. When I checked my pc it shows offline with get online greyed out and not selectable. Was wondering if anyone else is having this issue or should I contact support?

Is the program running on your PC? If so, are the correct settings still saved in your BB?

Yes running on pc but the option to "get online" is not selectable. Looks like its an issue with their server. Asking so someome with program could verify they are have same problem or not.
