Default Problem with YouMail

My wife and I both use YouMail on our phones. When I call her, I get the standard greeting and then am able to leave a voicemail. However, when she calls me and it goes to YouMail, it begins to play her messages as if she dialed YouMail to check her messages. Hope I explained that well. But is there anything we can do to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

I understand what you're talking about. This happened to me when I first began using the app. On your computer, log in to YOUR YouMail account. Make sure your cell phone number is registered on your account. It will also ask you for your cell service provider and your device model if I remember correctly. Once I completed the registration, everything was good-to-go.
