Whenever I use Opera Mini a screen pops up that says "THE APPLICATION OPERA MINI HAS ATTEMPTED TO ACCESS A LOW-LEVEL NETWORK CONNECTION. WOULD YOU LIKE TO ALLOW THIS?" AND HAS YES AND NO BOXES... how do I adjust this so I won't see this everytime and how do I change this to not say a low-level network?? please help, it's annoying me, thanks so much

I always click yes to proceed with no problems.
