not deleting just uninstalling

so when i delete an app it only uninstalls and continues to take up my app space. has anyone had this problem or am i just deleting them wrong. ive tried through app world and through the options to applications and deleted them from there any help would be appreciated. als did an app security wipe

So I just backed up the info and did a full security wipe. Problem is I used to have a youtube app that just showed up and o downloaded from the main menu. Now I can't find it. Found one but when I go to the site that was text to me it says my device can't support it. Yet I used to have one. Anyone know where to get this app
