Hey everyone!

I just installed WB on my storm... but for some reason it can't seem to find my location. It just sticks one the "Locating" screen.

I'm pretty pumped to try this app out, anyone have any ideas?

A good number of users are experiencing problem with the 1.0 version of WB. These problems vary from the GPS not finding their location to the home screen icon having problems updating. I suggest using the 0.1.0.274 version of WB since it has been almost problem free and there are no ads.

Does anyone have a GOOD link to the old version? OTA would be best but either way is good

I was wondering the same thing.
Also, WB seems a bit laggy on my Storm. Is that normal? Just me? Or the new version?

It is working just fine for me. I am running the updated version on my phone. The new one also seems to have plugged the hole for the memory leak.

Hmm. I'll have to keep an eye on it over a couple of days, see how it goes.

Thanks!

I have the latest and still have a major memory leak. After a batt pull I start over 47 mb. It takes less than 2 hours for me to get in the mid 30s.

I uninstalled WB and it stays around 46 mb. I reinstall and the memory falls like a rock.

I have the .114 hybrid and location disabled. I did have updating every hour but have disabled it for a final test. So far I've lost 2 mb in 5 minutes so we're on the path as before.

It's too bad they cannot seem to fix it. I really like thus app otherwise.

I start out after a battery pull around 40MB and 3 days later I am still at 25MB on average. I run WB, slacker, Iheart radio, and a few other apps throughout the day. I do a battery pull about once a week on average it would seem unless I am reloading a different OS on the phone.

Here is the previous build of WB (0.1.0.274) uploaded again since it was already downloaded the limit. Just install it using the app loader.

Sorry for the newbie moment here...

...but when you guys talk about memory leaks, am I correct in assuming you are referring to a decrease in Application Memory Free Space?

If so mine is currently only 27.5MB. (Is it me or does that sound low?)

I'll have to keep an eye on it (fingers crossed!)

with the new version my memory leak has been less somewhere around 30 going down to 25 at the lowest. i found that uninstalling the old and reinstalling the new version help the performance and memory leak a lot.
