I am on .185
Temperature looks right in the application when it is open, compared to the weatherbug data from the website at the same location. However the wind direction is wrong (whatever no big deal).

BUT!!! The weather icon reads a totally wrong reading of the temperature. About 5 deg warmer. My guess is this is a cached version from earlier? Odd thing is I just reinstalled because i noticed that the previous version (.172?) was messing up the GPS. When I reinstalled i got a new Weatherbug icon that changed to an incorrect temperature.

Who is else is close to completely bailing on this app?

I won't bail on the app just yet. It has very good potential, but I think the programmers need to start fixing things instead of going backwards.

I thought .97 was very stable except the alert bug, but that's just me.

Help with 2 questions

1> Does it seem to take longer to exit the app when using the BB menu key?

2> When i manually enter my locations it gives me a choice of 6 nearby weather stations, so how does the automatic locator (gps) pic one?

Answer 2: On the backend this lat/lon is mapped to the closest station for conditions data. Forecast data is based on forecast zone so this is read directly from your GPS location. Alerts are tied in with the lat/lon as well as the zipcode that is computed from your lat/lon. Camera is mapped to the closest station that has a camera (not all our stations have a camera)

My issues:

1) I'm also having a problem with the home screen button temperature reading incorrectly (ver .185). It's showing a temperature that is about 20 degrees hotter! It seems to read correctly when the app is open.

2) Plus, the day/night icon is reversed on both the button and the open app.

3) Also, the app finds my location just fine using GPS, but I am unable to click over to the other locations that I had set up in the previous version (.17X?) I can set a new location and it shows it initially, but then when I go back to "my location" it can't click back to it.

4) The app is EXTREMELY sluggish to exit using the BB menu key.

Hmmm...not sure what's going on with the programming on this thing, but it seemed to work great with the previous version I had installed, just no GPS, which was OK because I set my location manually.

I had it installed and it seemed to get my location via gps. But the icon kept displaying the incorrect temperature (82*) and it was 29 here...

Has anyone noticed, who is on OS .75 or .76 that their phone is rebooting itself since weatherbug was installed?

My phone has rebooted itself 3 times today and I'm trying to figure out if a third party app is doing this.

Thanks.

Yes, I noticed this too.

I've never had problems with .97. Don't use doc to go, so I reloaded .97

Interesting...nothing unusual there. Perhaps delete through apps then reinstall OTA? I know a lot of people are giving up but I like being the guinea pig I guess.
