Default Internet for the BB from a PC (Not A blackberry Modem)

In my older phones (Treo and Nokia) I used to access the internet from my pnone through BT or data cable.

This is far better for the OS updates,OTA Installs (A simple downloading of apps), Have no need to pay a mindless amount of money for a terrible data plan.

AND many other reasons.... I being looking around but I haven't found anything since most of the threads on forums have been marked "Solved" since the misinterpretations of the readers.

Any ideas?

You can do OS upgrades using a PC and the App Loader. That's how I prefer to do it. And you can install apps the same way, as long as the developer makes them available as .alx files. But there is no way to access the internet thru your PC. For that, you need a data plan.
