install apps more than once

I would assume this has already been asked. But after looking and searching for 30 min I give up. Right now I download apps directly to the storm. But, say you have 2 storms and you pay/download a app to your computer. Can you install the app on both storms using blackberry desktop manager?

If you will notice, most apps ask for your PIN. If that is specified, it doesn't seem likely, does it?
