I want to know how to change for selecting anything for the storm cuz its blue. Do I use plazmic 4.7 or gimp.

Are you trying to create a theme? If its just changing the wall paper click a picture on your phone>BB button>set as wallpaper. Not sure if thats what your looking to do.

Yes i'm creating a theme for my storm you know whenever you want to select anything it high lights in blue is there a way to change the color and if it is how cuz i really don't know how to do it.

Look at little menus towards the bottom where you set the background for the theme.

Just use a theme someone else created lol. You could try the themes forum.
