Help! Email icon disappeared!

My phone got wiped out and when I loaded everything back in, my email icon is gone. The email account is still in the email setup. And I can't seem to send emails! Help please!!!!!!!

2 things...
1.first this is a 3rd party app section make sure to ask questions in the main storm forum.
2. Make sure you do a search before you ask questions, some people get annoyed hearing questions like these b/c they get answered once a day.

also try to hit the bb button and hit show all and see if the icon is just hidden. Try to resend the service books first

Thanks for the info! I tried to register with hosting table route and got this message says application rim_net_bb_messaging_app is not responding
