HELP!!! AIM for BB STORM !!!!!

OK, got the storm 1, for verizon. Like aim was working good until last night. Now, all of a sudden I CAN'T even receive IM's that my buddies send me. They can see it when I write them , but for some reason I'm not receiving my IM's.......SMH , now I HAVE TO USE AIM FROM MY CPU..

P.S -- All my buddies I writing me back but I am not recieving it !!! i even signed on my cpu from another s/n i have and it is TRUE....I CAN NOT RECIEVE IM'S ...SOME 1 PLEASE HELP

I have been having the same problems. Reset the service books to no luck. Very strange...
