whats the deal with Google Voice ? will it ever be available for download? its been months since it came out but still need an invite code. what the heck.??

Are you talking about downloading the app for BlackBerry or getting a google Voice account in the first place?

If you're trying to get the app, set the browser ID on your Storm to Firefox and go to m.google.com. For some reason, the Google apps for BlackBerry don't show up when you visit Google Mobile with browser ID set to BlackBerry

I went to the google web site and asked for an invite. Google sent me one in 2 days. I already gave my 3 invites away on this site but you should be able to go to the site and just ask for one.

i am using YouMail and not very happy with it. Is Google Voice alot better and how does it work exactly? not alot of people have posted anything regarding this app. it must not be that good if nobody is talking about it. why is that?

I have several invites.

In my opinion, the app needs to be rewritten for touchscreen phones. I was very disappointed in google when I got it. It works but you have to upload your own contacts in a not-so-simple way if you want any kind of caller id other than a number. It doesnt auto-start on reboot, its not integrated into the phone for notifications, the buttons are too small for normal fingers bc its not made for touch, etc. Im really surprised it hasnt been redone yet.
