FlyCast hozing up under .90
Good news and Bad News about Flycast under .90
First, the good news:
My BT stereo Headset is working with Flycast under .90
The Bad News:
Every OTHER time I try to bring up FlyCast it wants me to sign in BUT the multitap keyboard comes up and hides the signin options. (Yes, I have disabled compatibility mode.)
Which is the other problem, the multitap keyboard comes up randomly when it's not needed (or commanded), and won't go away with either the side "convenience key" nor by swiping downward on it...RandyR

You don't have the correct version installed. Grab the one for the Storm. It should be 1.30 I think. You probably have 1.29.

Dunno what to tell ya then. I don't have this problem. However, be aware that Flycast saves it's settings (including userid info) on the internal 1GB of storage media. If you're formatting that or somehow locking access to it (via mass storage), Flycast will do some wacky things.

Well,
I removed all the data for FlyCast from the device memory, (I actually decided to format my media card also). So far, the app comes up correctly every time, however when it came time to "sign in" I still got the "multi-tap" instead of the "SureType" Keyboard...
Oh well...RandyR

This must be an issue that stems from the fact that in the browser under .90 in portrait mode, if you don't have full QWERTY enabled, you are always forced to use multitap. SureType is not an option. To my knowledge this is probably a bug that was introduced when the new keyboard was introduced. I hope they fix it, there's no need for multitap in the browser, that's just stupid. It worked fine before in portrait with suretype and if you really had difficulties, you could flip it and type it out in QWERTY. Not like multitap speeds things along more then just going landscape if you must.
