 Flashed Blackberry Storm help
I have done some searching (hours of searching, actually) and couldn't find someone with this exact problem and a solution.
I just recently got a blackberry storm flashed to cricket. It has MMS, picture messaging, WAP web browser that works and I do not have bis BUT- no apps work AT ALL.
I'm well aware that I need BIS for a lot of apps (anything made by RIM) but I've read everywhere that Opera, gmail, facebook 1.6 and a lot of other apps should work without it. It just seems the internet does not connect to the apps at all. Is there a setting to fix this or anything?

Just for more info.
firewall is off.
all apps are set for allow connection
content protection is off
