Default face down vibrate....

Does anyone know of an app that will set the phone to only vibrate when you lay it face down? I would like to have the ringer on but be able to just flip the phone over when I do not want it to ring. I dont want to totally turn off the incoming call, just the ringer. I just want it to be face up = ringer, face down = vibrate.

Thanks

I know that flipoff does that. Think there's another one but that one for sure.

Flipoff from Backroom Software is the first one that comes to mind for me too. It also has a free trial available. BerrySilent from BellShare is another possibility, but I have no experience with that one.

BerrySilent is really good. I got it as soon as it came out, it worked great on my S1. It might have a trial as well, BellShare usually gives trials.

I can't get flip off to work. I loaded the CM but now it will not open Flipoff. I get a java.lang.Null pointer exception. Any ideas?

Have you done a battery pull after installing the CM library?

The Backroom Update Manager makes it easy to ensure you have the latest CM library. Check out this thread for more information on that.

I have set everything to allow and did a battery pull. How do I know if I have the latest CM? I will look at that other thread and see what it has about the CM. The Berrysilent does not offer a trial. I may just have to break down and buy that one. I dont like paying for things without getting to try them first.
